A MAN SHOT AND killed by police in Brooklyn will be laid to rest Wednesday.
James Owens, 63, was fatally shot by cops in his Canarsie home on Jan. 3, authorities said.
Police say he grabbed a knife and lunged at officers seconds after they came into his first floor foyer. Cops said they tried to Taser Owens but the stun gun didn't work because it struck a loose portion of his sweatpants. His sister and uncle say cops Tasered him after the shooting.
